The Simple Way to Control THIS Cycle to Burn More Fat This Year

The Simple Way to Control THIS Cycle to Burn More Fat This Year

For years, people have believed that Cortisol is a nasty hormone that wreaks havoc in your body. So it’s kind of gotten a bad reputation as a hormone that triggers weight gain.

Well, that couldn’t be further from the truth. In fact, Cortisol (made and released by your adrenal glands in times of stress) may help regulate some pretty key hormones in your body—namely estrogen, testosterone, and thyroid hormones.

The main job of Cortisol is to protect. It is produced and released in responses to outside stressors that could damage your mental and physical wellness.

Now, when you’re stressed—which the majority of people are these days—your adrenal glands kick into gear and start dumping Cortisol into your system. But here’s where the Cortisol takes a turn for the worst:

When your body starts to produce Cortisol in excess, you may start to notice some issues occurring in your body. You may see increased belly fat…you may suffer from insomnia…and you may become fatigued more quickly (adrenal fatigue). And these are just some of the symptoms.

There are many more issues with excess Cortisol including the development of some pretty severe health conditions.

Now, if you learn to control your Cortisol levels—and keep them at the healthy, productive levels your body needs them to be at—you could start to see some pretty impressive improvements in your health.

Less fatigue…

Better mental well-being…

Less belly fat…

And far fewer cravings for higher calorie, nutrient-poor foods (think pastas, cakes, and desserts).

All because you learned how to fix your Cortisol cycle—once and for all. So how can you maximize your cycle?

I won’t beat around the bush here, but you need to eat more CARBS late at night. I know this sounds like blasphemy, but it’s true! You see, your Cortisol peaks early in the morning and declines throughout the day.

That way, when it’s bedtime, your levels are low enough that you shouldn’t experience any sleeping disruptions, which could also contribute to dropping pounds from your frame.

So let’s get back to eating CARBS again…

Back in 2014, a study was conducted on people living with a disruption in their Cortisol cycle. The ones who were successful followed a low-carb breakfast, a moderate carb lunch, and then a higher healthy carb intake in the evening.

You haven’t been told this before, right? Everyone has told you to AVOID eating carbs at night so you don’t get fat.

If you follow that advice, you may end up fat anyhow due to the disruption in Cortisol.

BUT:

If you follow this simple “diet hack” not many people know about, you may be able to fix your Cortisol cycle, lower your levels, and accelerate your fat loss and metabolism.

Speaking of diet hacks:

This daily loophole helped this mom of three lose 2.5 inches off her waist, 1.5 inches off her thighs, and 1 inch off her hips by following this daily ritual for the last 4 weeks.
